A message from our Women’s Ministry Director…

Greetings,

This time of year can be crazy and fun all at the same time. Summertime is my favorite time of the year to have girl time. So with that in mind, I have a “In Touch Summer Challenge!” Some of these tasks might be more challenging than others, but the focus is to stay in touch.

1) Stay in touch through phone calls. This doesn’t have to take a lot of time, but it can be a blessing. 2) Stay in touch through snail mail. Everybody loves getting real mail in their mailbox! 3) Stay in Touch through e-mail.  This can also be done in groups. This is a great way to send e-cards. 4) Stay in touch through text. There are fun simple stickers and pictures that say exactly what you want without blowing up their phone. 5) Stay in touch with Social Media. Facebook, Instagram and Twitter are great tools to share a verse, an inspirational quote or even find old friends that God has put on your heart to reach out to.  6) Stay in touch through blogs/websites/newsletters. Some of you may not relate, but this works with updates when in ministry. Just like I’m doing now! 7) Stay in touch through real contact. Sometimes it’s just good for the soul to enjoy some conservation person to person. Be together! This is the kind of contact Jesus made!

Once you start a good habit of staying in touch, it becomes a blessing to all who is involved. I would love to hear from you all.
